1. Sponsor

This contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by TIGI Linea Corp., d/b/a Elida Beauty (“Elida Beauty” or the “Sponsor”), located in Lewisville, Texas. Elida Beauty is the parent company of Q-tips, a cotton swab product.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Elida Beauty, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins on 12/19/2025 at 9:00am (CT) and ends on 1/4/2026 at 11:59pm (CT) (“Contest Period”).

4. How to Enter

To enter:

• Follow @qtips on Instagram and/or TikTok.

• Post a video tagging @qtips to your Instagram feed or TikTok feed that explains why you want a Quge-tips swab and what you’ll use it for. Entries must include #contest.

Entries must be publicly viewable and posted during the Contest Period. Limit one entry per person.

Participants are strictly prohibited from using any automated systems, bots, scripts, or other methods to artificially generate entries or interact with the Contest. Entries submitted through such means will be deemed invalid and disqualified. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, using multiple accounts, or otherwise violating the spirit of the Contest. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by Q-tips based on creativity, originality, and relevance to the contest theme. Any entries that describe using a Quge-tips swab in inappropriate or illegal ways, or for cleaning ears will be disqualified. Judging will occur within 7 days after the Contest Period ends. All decisions are final.

6. Prizes

The winner(s) will receive: (1) one Quge-tips swab, with an approximate retail value $35. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

7. Rights Granted

By submitting a photo or other content in connection with this Contest, each entrant grants the Sponsor and its designees a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display the submitted content in any media now known or hereafter developed, for promotional, advertising, or marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on the Sponsor’s social media accounts, website, digital advertisements, and print materials, regardless of whether the entrant is selected as a winner. Entrants waive any moral rights they may have in the submitted content to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. General Conditions

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, you release Instagram, TikTok, and Q-tips from any liability. Void where prohibited.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the process. Sponsor may disqualify anyone tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.

9. Privacy

Q-tips will not collect or store any personally identifiable information (PII) or user-generated content outside of the Instagram platforms.

10. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via Instagram or TikTok Direct Message within 3 days of selection. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Contest and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By participating in the Contest, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate state or federal court located in Dallas County, Texas. Entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.

12. Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Elida Beauty, its affiliates, and respective officers, directors, and employees from any liability arising out of participation in the Contest or use of the prize.

13. Winner Announcement

The winners will be publicly announced on Q-tips’s Instagram page as a Story post after confirmation. This is expected to occur in January, 2026.
